buyers and sellers meet their goals. Do I Need a Broker?Few sellers or buyers have the knowledge and expertise required to negotiate a practice sale. Like any complex activity, it takes specialized training and knowledge in a diverse number of areas: valuation, marketing, real estate, negotiation, advertising, etc. We provide the necessary professional detachment to effectively price and negotiate the sale. Additionally, 'for sale by owner' situations create a 'garage sale' environment where both sides usually end up getting less than they wanted.
